After More than 48 hours in police custody controversial blogger Maverick Aoko was finally presented at milimani law courts. Her team has already raised red flags about the charge sheet which they now claim has been amended.
The Blogger is being charged for publishing on X, a tweet which may have contravened the electronic act. The three counts read as follows Cyber harassment, Fraudulent use of electronic data and Malicious publication.
They sent 100 masked DCI to arrest Aoko ,found her naked in bed, harassed her badly, she’s currently losing her pregnancy. Interrogated her on her tweets about Soipan and First Family for hours.
After Kenyans stood with her and demanded her release and answers They have coined a different charge sheet What a waste of state resources The State has chickened out Shame on you DCI. It’s her turn to sue the state for this gross violation of her rights .
