Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi could be the new President’s errand boy if photos and shared from President William Ruto’s young brother’s wedding on Friday is anything to go by.
Sudi’s powers were manifested on Friday as Ruto’s brother David Samoei wedded the love of his life Carol Kitur at a star-studded event held at Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Hotel in Nyeri.
It was during the wedding that Sudi was pictured standing next to President Ruto even as the head of state engaged visitors. However, all the visitors and dignitaries present seemed to have to go through Sudi first before greeting the president.

In a video shared online, Sudi could be seen hovering around the president and even identifying who was next in line to greet the head of state. This sparked reactions, with many equating Sudi to the late Mark Too during former President Daniel Moi’s regime.
Sudi was also near the president as he made his way to greet the newlyweds inside a tent, leaving many with questions on the powers that Sudi is currently holding in Ruto’s government.
The ceremony was attended by high-profile leaders including the President and his spouse Mama Rachel, family and friends who joined them for their big day.
He was also seen signaling Nandi Governor Stephen Sang to get ready to greet Ruto as other leaders lined behind
