Speaking in Kianyaga, Kirinyaga County today August 9, Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro said that sending Raila to his rural home in Bondo is his task.
He said this after acknowledging the fact that it has been a year since Ruto was elected as the president of the Republic of Kenya as he mentioned a number of things that the government has done so far.
The MP said, “First of all I would like to thank all Kenyans for giving us an opportunity to serve led by our president… We are here to celebrate many things such as the hustler fund, the allocation for the Higher Education Loans Board that was doubled to Ksh30 billion, reduction of the price of fertilizer from Ksh7k to ksh2500, reduction of the cost of cooking gas and the fact that old people and severely disabled Kenyans will be registered.”
He went further to state that the president has done so many things successfully but only one stands out which is saying no to a handshake with the opposition.
Nyoro said that he has a task of sending the opposition leader to Bondo and the president should not worry about it because he will not fail him.
“Rais wetu umetimiza mengi within one year. Lakini ile kubwa zaidi umetimiza hapa ni kusema hakuna mkate nusu, handshake na uchaguzi iliisha. Mimi yangu ni moja tu sijatimiza. Natafuta wheelbarrow hapa Kirinyaga tuweke mzee (Raila) ndani tutoke Nairobi twende Kimende, Nakuru, Kericho, Kisumu mpaka Bondo,”Nyoro said.
