The Ndichu twins; Eddie and Paul were summoned for questioning at the Langata Police Station today evening, over the Olesereni altercation with the Murgor sister; Stephanie and Cheryl.
A new team of detectives that has taken over the probe were looking into one of the twins having a gun during the public brawl. They are also accused of damaging their car.
This comes after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions had also asked police to confirm if the Ndichu brothers were armed and if they are licensed, firearm holders.
A source says that the grilling session took over five hours and it was very hush-hush media only found out about it towards the tail end of the session.
After which they were released.
During the session, they were asked if they had a gun. This is after the viral Ole Sereni footage showed one of the twins reaching for something in his back.

One of the complainants also told police he saw something like a pistol. It’s not clear what the twins told police on Wednesday.
In a statement recorded by the sisters, was released by their lawyers Philip Murgor who said, “During the incident, the brothers threatened to shoot them.”
The hotel’s security guards and police intervened to save the victims from serious injury if not death, added Murgor.
