Popular Churchill Show comedian Oliver Otieno, alias YY has showered her lovely mother with praises.Through his social media page, the comic shared lovely photos having light moments with his mother and he captioned in swahili, Nani kama mama.In a past interview, the comedian explained that his jokes revolve around her mother because he spent most of his life with her, and he always celebrates his mom as one of the strongest women in his life.A while back, the comedian opened up about how his family struggled under the leadership of their father, who was an alcoholic.
When YY’s father died, his mother returned to the village, and things went downhill from there, according to the comedian.
His mother abandoned her small business in Nairobi and went to start from scratch in the village.
YY got teary, narrating that some nights they would sleep hungry as the situation got worse.
