The Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei has confirmed that the missing police officer who was reported missing by his colleagues a few days ago has been found dead.
According to the statement, the Nairobi police have said that Peter Munene body was found at his single room which is located at industrial area in Nairobi.
It is still unclear what could have been the possible cause for his death since it has emerged that there were no bruces or signs of confrontation that could be said was the possible cause of his death.
Detectives from the director of criminal investigation, together with the police have already taken up the matter, and investigations have already begun to ascertain the possible cause of the death.
This latest development is happening just a few days after another police officer shot himself dead as a result of the police loans that have caused havoc within the Police service.
