Nyota Ndogo is a triumphant woman at the moment. The “Nibebe” singer is smiling from year to year after getting back together with her hubby, Henning Nielsen.
Nyota announced the good news on her Instagram page a few hours ago. Her post was accompanied by a plethora of images that showed a resplendent Nyota hugging her much-older hubby.
Her caption read, “Ngasema ngamiss ngablack ngake. Ngajileta mwenyewe. Love is something else usicheze na love.”
Her fans and followers were ecstatic for her, filling her comments section with congratulatory messages.
For those of you who might have forgotten, Nyota’s marriage has been in the doldrums for much of the year after she sent an ill-advised April Fool’s joke to her husband.
In her message, Nyota lied to him that she was pregnant! This despite the fact that he hadn’t seen her for a few months as he had travelled to his home country in Europe.
Her joke was not taken in the spirit of the day and Henning decided to ignore her. Things got so bad that the musician decided to use the media to plead her case with Henning.
But despite her begging, her hubby was unmoved. Nyota then waved the white flag of defeat, an admission that she and henning were done.
It seems that he has had a change of heart and is back with the mother of 2.
