A few days after he caused trouble for the US ambassador to Uganda, Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni’s eldest son Muhoozi Kairegugaba has come out to explain why he doesn’t fear the American people despite their huge influence.
Muhoozi said that people have been asking him why he is has no fear attacking the Americans. He said that the only person he fears is his mother Jane Museveni. He said that as long as she is happy then he is good and can address anything that he is not happy with no matter who it involves.
“People have been asking me why I don’t fear the Americans? I’ll tell you why…I fear my mother much more than the USA. If she is happy with me I am content. How can a son of Janet be a coward?” Muhoozi said.
In the recent attack on the US ambassador Muhoozi said that the ambassador should apologize to Ugandans because he had disrepected their constitution and the president. Muhoozi has been known to make controversial statements that attract a lot of reactions.
