Kenyan comedian and digital creator Kendrick Mulamwah has issued a legal notice to his baby mama Caroline Muthoni, outlining his demands regarding their daughter, Keilah Oyando. The notice, served through MNO Advocates alleges that Caroline has made it challenging for Mulamwah to establish a relationship with their daughter.
According to the notice, Caroline has hindered Mulamwah’s efforts to enjoy a functional relationship with Keilah, infringing on the minor’s right to experience fatherly love and responsibility. Additionally, the notice accuses Caroline of commercializing their daughter’s image for personal gain, disregarding the minor’s well-being and Mulamwah’s consent.
The demands made by Mulamwah in the notice are as follows:
1. Caroline must immediately cease conducting defamatory interviews and making posts about Mulamwah.
2. All discussions between the two parents are to be limited solely to the welfare of their daughter, Keilah.
3. Mulamwah is to be granted access to Keilah for at least two consecutive days every weekend, from Friday 5 pm to Sunday 7 pm.
4. Mulamwah has the right to take Keilah to his rural home to meet his family for seven consecutive days.
5. Caroline is to hand over Keilah’s birth certificate so that Mulamwah can arrange for medical coverage and obtain a travel passport for her.
Mulamwah shared the notice on his Instagram page with the caption “Leo ni kick off-if you have time you can read. Don’t be quick to point fingers.” The notice comes amidst a public spat between Mulamwah and Caroline on social media since their separation, involving TikTok videos and Instagram posts.
