National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula today visited the Lumakanda home of the late Hon. Cyrus Jirongo, delivering heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the influential politician.

Hon. Jirongo, a renowned figure in Kenya’s political landscape, passed away recently, leaving behind a legacy of determination, leadership, and deep political connections.

Accompanied by a distinguished delegation of top political leaders, Wetangula conveyed the nation’s sorrow as he paid tribute to the late politician.

Hon. James Orengo, the Governor of Siaya, was also present, alongside Senate Chief Whip Hon. Wafula Wakoli, and Members of Parliament Hon. Martin Pepela, Hon. Catherine Wambilyanga, and Hon. George Wajackoyah.

The gathering was rounded out by Hon. Nabii Nabwera, who hosted the heartfelt memorial at the family home.
