Monica Kimani is a name that we would all live to remember. She was y a young and beautiful woman whose dreams were cut short by a murderer. Jowie Irungu who was then the boyfriend to Media personality Jackie Maribe Is the prime suspect in the murder of the beautiful lady. He is the suspected person that was last seen with Monica Kimani at his apartment. Her parents are going through tough times and it’s really sad that justice has not yet been served since 2018. Burying a child is not an easy walk journey and his dad has spoken to Tuko talks.
The late Monica Kimani’s dad who is Bishop Paul Gharama has disclosed that her mum sunk into depression when she saw Monica’s body lying in a bathtub in 2018. As soon as news of the gruesome death broke out, the parents of the Internal Relations graduate, Monica Kimani were told that her body could only be removed in their presence.
He went on and said, he went in the house and saw the body in the bathtub and her throat had been cut. His wife went into depression even today she has never understood why it happened to her child. It’s so heartbreaking to them and we pray they one day find justice.
