Few days ago a popular Kikuyu television aired the story of the late popular Kikuyu benga musician Sam Kinuthia from when he was born to when he died. In the whole story, the part that captured Kenyans attention more is when the wife to Sam Kinuthia talked about popular Kikuyu benga musician Wangari Wa Kabera, making it clear that the two had an affair. She said it was more than one time she caught them red-handed and she always caused chaos.
This made Wangari respond with a lot of anger making it clear that her and Sam Kinuthia only had a business relationship. She went ahead and said that the wife to the late Sam Kinuthia had lied that she once found them in a room and she attacked her. She was forced to exposed whatever happened after Sam Kinuthia died. She said after they buried him she met Sam’s family including the wife, and they had an agreement.
They made a resolution that because Wangari didn’t have Sam Kinuthia’s child and he had not paid dowry for her, she didn’t have any business with his property. She made it clear that she took the step because she wanted Sam Kinuthia children to have a descent life. She made it clear that she has her own property and she didn’t need anything from the late Sam Kinuthia.
She warned the wife to stop talking about her in interviews because she hates online wars. She also said that if they are saying she was a wife to Sam Kinuthia, they should share with her some of the property he left behind, because she has a right to inherit him as his second wife.
