Kenyan MP Millicent Odhiambo has reacted after section of Kenyan netizens blamed Ohangla Dancer Sheila Odoyo, popularly known as Sheila Wegesha for causing her own death either indirectly or directly.

The 38 year old dancer was found gruesomely murdered with her throat having a deep cuts. Her lifeless body was found lying in her matrimonial bed in Hill View Estate. Signs of struggle could be seen in the room.

Her 45 year old hubby Jackson Bamboo is being treated as a person of interest in the gruesome murder.

Meanwhile a section of social media users took to react to the gruesome murder of the dancer with some opining that her actions caused her death either directly or indirectly.

MP Millie Odhiambo has weighed in on the matter. She defended the dancer from those alleging she was immoral. The Legislator said that if the dancer was indeed immoral then the husband married knowing fully well her lifestyle.

“This girl (Sheila Wegesha) is allegedly brutally murdered by her husband and I hear many people blaming her directly or indirectly for her death. One of the issues raised is that she was immoral. However if that’s true, it appears the said husband married her knowing full well about her lifestyle. Indeed I have seen elsewhere that he left his wife and children for her. She also left the husband for him.” Reads Millicent Odhiambo’s message.

Nevertheless the legislator advised people never to stay in a toxic relationship and leave in the earliest. She also advised people not to a give a damn about what others say especially if trying to save one’s own live. The MP also urged Kenyans to learn to mind their business and desist from overly being involved in other people’s lives. Finally MP Millie Odhiambo urged Kenyans not to cheer people in their wrong doings, saying that it may encourage others to also kill and then bear the brunt alone.
