Mua Hills Mansion is a stunning and stylish home in Maanzoni, Machakos County. Mike Mbuvi Sonko, the former Nairobi governor and Mombasa County governor candidate, owns it. It cost sh150 million to build, and he completed it while serving as Nairobi County’s senator. It has distinct patterns and characteristics that distinguish it as one of a kind.
It has a gold perimeter wall with the name Sonko’s Family etched in the front. The entryway features three life-size lion statues. The property includes a basketball court, an ostrich pen, an exotic bird pen, a large parking lot, and a masouleum honoring his late father, Kioko Kivanguli. The interior of the two-story home consists of a gym, meeting spaces, a guest house, a fully equipped bar, a gazebo, and a lounge.
The names of Sonko’s family members are written on the floor inside the house while walls and windows are made of tinted glass. At the rooftop is an infinity edge swimming pool.
