The self proclaimed luo Nyanza Kingpin Dr Miguna Miguna has reacted through his official twitter page hours after Nelson Havi asked president William Ruto’s government to arrest heckles.

According to him he disagrees with lawyer Nelson Havi that anyone seen heckling during a political rallies should be arrested and prosecuted.

“Heckling or disrupting the President’s function is a no! No! Let those scoundrels be arrested and prosecuted. Even I, a small president would not countenance heckling and disruption”. Said lawyer Nelson Havi.

“disagree with you President, Nelson Havi. In as much as heckling is irritating and a method I don’t support, it’s a constitutionally protected speech, particularly when directed at public officials”. Said Dr. Miguna Miguna.

Nelson Havi has been very vocal and controversial when it comes to supporting the Kenya Kwanza government after he joined them during the August 9 general elections.

“As an advocate of repute, you should be the last one to encourage persecuting those who disagree with you, no matter how distasteful their methods might be”. Nelson Havi added.
