Timothy Mudasia and Nicholas Abwunza are twin brothers and sons of prominent Western Kenya businessman Ibrahim Ambwere. Their father is widely known for his vast investments across towns such as Kitale, Mbale, Kakamega and Kisumu. Despite growing up in a well-known family, the twins have built their own professional paths in the global corporate world.
The brothers were born and raised in Chavakali in Vihiga County. They attended a local primary school before joining Vihiga High School for their secondary education. Their parents emphasized discipline, community service and strong values, which played a major role in shaping their careers and work ethic.
After completing high school, the twins pursued higher education in different institutions. Timothy enrolled at Moi University for his undergraduate studies before later moving to Australia where he completed his master’s degree. Nicholas studied at Makerere University and later furthered his education at the University of Nairobi.
Today, Timothy works in Australia as a financial advisor to government institutions, focusing on large pension funds worth billions of dollars. He has also worked with organizations such as National Australia Bank and MLC Insurance.
Nicholas has built a strong career in corporate leadership. He currently serves as the Chief Human Resource, Public Affairs and Communications Officer for Coca-Cola in Africa and has previously worked with several global companies across multiple countries.
