It has been announced that Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has become ill shortly before James Orengo will cross-examine him in the Senate. MP Eric Wamumbi of Mathira has placed the blame on Cleophas Malala, describing the DP’s decision to skip a crucial Senate proceeding as a dramatic turn of events. He claimed to have collaborated closely with Malala, a former UDA SG cleopas.
He continues, saying that Malala is a very gifted, talented, and dedicated script writer and has asked President William Samoei Ruto to consider him for upcoming appointments for writing plays, poems, and scripts in all state theaters in order to support our content creators.
“I have worked very closely with former UDA SG cleopas Malala. He is a very talented, gifted and dedicated script writer, I have requested President William Samoei Ruto to consider him in the next appointments for scripts, poems and drama writing in all our theatres to help our content creators.” Mathira MP Eric Wamumbi says
“I knew it was a bad idea for his lawyers to put him on the stand. With his loose mouth and pride,he could have roasted himself.I guess his lawyers realised that and now they want a way to pull him out.” Brian Gitau said.
“Falling I’ll to avoid court appearances is as old as the legal profession. This is mostly when one is not ready or has sensed defeat. For DP Gachagua, his fear is that he may not get enough time to rush to court on appeal given that it will be a weekend, and a long one at that. His appeal will have been overtaken by events if the next DP is appointed over the weekend.” The Alpha House said.
“DP will be lifted to Europe for further treatment and the doctor might recommend some two months bed rest.” Nashion said.
“Why was sakaja not given 2 hours to present himself, the other witness also never availed herself. DP being the only witness has given parliament a headech on planing.” Jose Kyalo said.
