Several sources have confirmed that the former Cabinet Secretary who was speaking about the high cost of living in the country has stated that the Kenya Kwanza government under President William Ruto should be looking into the needs of Kenyans instead of telling them what to do.
Munya was speaking after President William Ruto called out the youths of Meru who were dancing and singing while the President was trying to address them in an incident that has caught the attention of several Kenyans.
Speaking during the meeting, President William Ruto told residents that they were going to have their time during the Elections adding that he was not going to allow rogue individuals to heckle politicians.
His remarks has caught the attention of several leaders who have accused the President of wanting to dictate what Kenyans can do. Orange Democratic Movement party politician, Honorable Robert alai has also stated that the President should be able to stand criticism.
