Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua on 23rd October afternoon held a meeting in line with Kamwana launch alongside Jeremiah Kioni and Ndiritu Muriithi.
Speaking as relayed by a report covered on Standard publication, Karua who heads the forum has said that the forum is centred towards solidifying Mt Kenya region voices in the country.
According to Karua, the voice of Mt Kenya region should be heard by all political parties as it should be.
“We have to solidify our voice so that the voice of KAMWENE becomes the voice of the mountain. So when we speak you will hear the mountain roar.” Azimio principals Martha Karua, Ndiritu Muriithi, and Jeremiah Kioni unite during KAMWENE launch.
Her statement comes off following claims that the Vocal Mt Kenya leader is planning to leave Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition after alleged fallout with former prime minister Raila Odinga, a claim she denied.
It should be noted that Kamwana forum was formed months ago by Mt Kenya leaders affiliated to Raila’s led Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition.
