Renowned lawyer Ahmednassir has described President William Ruto as a fearless leader and a person who has demonstrated true leadership in the discharge of his duties since his election as president. Ahmednassir has explained that, the move by President William Ruto to appoint General Charles Muriu Kahariri as CDF is indeed telling and phenomenon.
Ahmednassir has explained that, previous Commanders of the military who includes former president Daniel Moi, Uhuru Kenyatta and Mwai Kibaki appointed military CDF from their communities. It’s an advice that President Ruto was also given but he declined.
Ahmednassir is clear that, President William Ruto has demonstrated capacity to overcome challenges of whatever nature and his latest changes in the military will help the country make a lot of positive progress.
