On Thursday evening, Twitter was awash with allegations from blogger Maverick Aoko that she had a clandestine relationship with former CAS David Osiany. This continued on Friday morning as the controversial woman continued to make allegations about her affair with Osiany.
David Osiany replied to her allegations, saying that she would be required to prove them and she will pay a price. She threatened to unleash more for revenge against Osiany who allegedly threatened her.
Kenyans got treated to this drama while sympathizing with Osiany’s wife, Syombua Mwele. Such scandals in marriage often lead to brawls or separations. But on Friday midday, Syombua tweeted what is seen as a form of love and togetherness in her family.
Syombua’s post after Aoko’s allegations is about her marriage anniversary. She says that on May 5th, 2015, while running the show ‘Chapa Kazi’ on Radio Citizen, Osiany asked her if she would marry him and she accepted.
Syombua further says that she still want to be with him. “Hii ni mali yangu, given by God, carried by grace,” she said. Osiany happily replied to his wife’s post by wishing each other a happy marriage while calling her wife and queen. He also says he will still choose her if they go back to the days.
