Among the rising music genre in the country is the Mugithi. It is usually sang by people from the Mount Kenya region and especially the Gikuyu people. Many are times we have seen the Mugithi singer coming together to help one another in different ways and times. This has not only shown their love and support for each other but it has proved a sense of unity among the gikuyu communities.
Yesterday the Duke of Mugithi Dj Fatxo was celebrating his birthday at the embassy bistro along the Thika Road. From the images and videos shared on his Facebook page, he had a lot of support from fellow Mugithi artists.
his has raised mixed reactions among the netizens as the questioned lot about the appearance of several Mugithi artists who had isolated Fatxo for long since the incident of the murder or rather the death of Jeff Mwathi who allegedly jumped from the 10th floor of Fatxos apartment.
Some artists were not supporting Dj Fatxo on any event but yesterday they raised mixed reactions after showing up in large numbers to support him during his birthday something that lead to many mixed reactions as some said on the comments section that maybe the artists used to support him behind the scenes that netizens never kneel about.
