According to them, these celebrities are even better in person and they were pleasantly surprised.

I was doing my research as a student and he welcomed me to their studio which was in Ngara at the time, introduced me to Clemo (and Mejja), and they gave me multiple interviews which ended up in my PhD thesis. A total gentleman he was.
Same with Juliani.

Juliani is the best. He is such a down to earth guy. Easy to talk to and doesn’t have that “do you know who I am?” attitude.

Met Juacali in Eldoret back in 2004 when he was starting up. In 2015 I met him again in Narok and he remembered me! Same with Wyre. Humble guys they are

Juliani. He’s so always down to help he ended giving me space and area at his organization on Mathare because I was researching on sustainable fashion and women in Mathare weave baskets from nylon papers at dandora dumpsite. He let me use DHC halls as a base. Such a lovely man.
