Family and friends of businessman Jonathan Mukundi could not hold back their grief as they viewed his body today morning at the Kenyatta University Referral hospital.
As the viewing went on, some paused and stared down at Mukundi’s body, others gave him one final glance and walked off holding back their tears.
Others were supported as they viewed the body as strength left their body.
One in particular bent down and kissed the casket and mouthed something that could not be heard, maybe a final goodbye to Mukundi.
Mukundi’s lifeless body was found in his Kiambu mansion together with his wife, Philomena Njeri, early last week. He had a gunshot wound in his head and Njeri had been shot five times.
