Sad tragedy has today hit Gekomu residents in Kisii County. This is after a young infant died after accidentally falling inside a water well.
Efforts by the neighbors to safe the infant went unsuccessful. According to reports, the well was left open when the baby was playing around.

Friends from all over the region have however eulogized the deceased and have expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family during this tough moment.
