Kim Kardashian has shared the first photo of her fourth child with Kanye West and revealed the bouncing baby boy’s name is Psalm.
The 38-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a screenshot of a text message conversation with her 41-year-old husband.
In it there is a snap of the newborn with a caption seemingly revealing the name: ‘Psalm West.’

Last week the family happily welcomed the child via surrogate as the bouncing baby boy weighed in at 6 lbs, 9 oz.
The couple are already parents to daughter North, five, son Saint, three, and daughter Chicago, 15 months.
The name Psalm is of Hebrew origin and means song. It was the 2,874 most popular name according to BabyCenter.
As Kanye has been holding Sunday Service since January, no doubt the name has a biblical influence as Psalms is a book in the Christian Old Testament.
No doubt religion has been an interest of Kanye’s for his entire career as he has had several songs with religious over and undertones including 2004’s Jesus Walks, 2011’s No Church In The Wild, 2013’s I Am A God, 2016’s Ultra Light Beam, and 2018’s Lift Yourself. He also named his 2013 album Yeezus.
The reaction to the name announcement was mixed on social media as many made memes and joked about the name including one Twitter user who wrote: ‘At least they didn’t name the baby Deuteronomy.’
Back in January, Kim confirmed that they were expecting their fourth child during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
Though she also confessed to spilling the beans when she had too much to drink at their star-studded Christmas Eve party.
She told Andy Cohen: ‘I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and told some people. I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk.’
Kim gave birth naturally to daughter North, five, and son Saint, three, and the couple’s third child Chicago, 15 months, was born via surrogate in January 2018.
She battled with life-threatening condition placenta accreta during her two pregnancies and has been warned by her doctor to not carry her own baby again
