Shiru Wa GP is a popular Kenyan gospel musician and songwriter who sings in the Agikuyu language. Her popularity is undeniable if the views she garners on YouTube channel are anything to go by which she does effortlessly devoid of the theatrics Kenyan artists employ to attract viewers.
Some hours ago she introduced her mother to the public while in USA where she talked the life they used to live in Kenya when they were young. According to her, she said God has done wonders in their life and she will always be grateful to him. She said that her mother used to sell Changaa (illicit brew) to raise them and pay their school fees and she acted as the watchman to always look if policemen were approaching to alert her so that she could not be arrested.
After sometime she got born again and her mother could not tolerate her being born again and one day she chased her from home to go and live in church since the business was going down as a result of police interruption. The mother on the other hand said it was really a hard life and them being in USA is real grace and favour from God. Watch the video below.
