The Director General of DCI Mohamed Ibrahim Amin (shown above) came under fire this morning from Hon. Nelson Havi, the former president of the Law Society of Kenya, for allowing his position to be used as a political score-settling tool in relation to the Kware killings.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on September 11 in the situation room of KTN News, Nelson Havi made the shocking assertion that it was disgusting that the government had killed innocent Kenyans during protests in June and disposed of their bodies in Kenya.

Nelson claimed that the DCI had utilized cases of gender-based violence to get out of murder charges, and he added that even a first-grader could see that something was wrong with the story, leading to the suspect’s capture and eventual release from police custody.

Havi claimed that some things are self-explanatory and that no proof is necessary to support his assertions that Mohamed Ibrahim Amin was used by the government. According to him, Kenyans are protected by hired police.
