Nadia Adel pleaded for the public’s assistance on social media, sharing her grief. The stranded woman claimed that despite her best attempts, she was unable to get in touch with Safaricom for assistance with money reversal.

“Please, how can I reach Safaricom directly?” As she painfully described her situation, Nadia asked in anguish.

 

Nadia revealed that she had just collected her cash after completing her hustle of washing clothing for a customer.

When she misunderstood one number, she was about to send the landlord the money she had been paid by her company. “I haven’t been financially stable, so I wanted to lower my rent.

Regretfully, I sent the money to the incorrect address. The money was transferred to someone else because I misread the last number.

“They won’t reverse the money when I call them,” she stated in agony. Nadia revealed that her attempts to contact cell service provider Safaricom to resolve her problem were unsuccessful.
