The new variety has a life span ranging from 120 to 130 days. This variety has been tipped to do excellently well in transitional altitude areas .
Accordingly, Kenya Seed Company has hinted at the best taste of the variety, noting that it is finely good for roasting and for preparing ugali. This therefore means that those who ply their trade in roasted Maize have an upper hand of ripping big profits if they venture in the sale of this variety.
