1. Captain.
He makes a monthly salary of approximately KES 73,182.
2. Major.
He makes a monthly salary of approximately KES 102,106.
3. Lieutenant Colonel.
He makes a monthly salary of approximately KES 130,735.
4. Colonel.
He makes a monthly salary of approximately KES 153,317.
5. Lieutenant General.
He makes a monthly salary of approximately KES 632,984.
6. Chief Of Defense Forces.
It is the highest rank. He makes monthly salary of KES 1.12 million.
