Collins Kiptoo, the man who allegedly threw his girlfriend from the second floor of Q apartments in Clay city Kasarani was charged with attempted murder in a court of law today alongside his cousin.

Collins Kiptoo had allegedly never told Cynthia Syombua that he had a wife and a child. He waited for them to travel upcountry for the Easter holidays, and invited her to the house.

There, she noticed clothes and other items. Drama ensued after she confronted him for lying to her. She broke his TV leading to an ugly fight that ended up in her falling from the second floor of the building.

Cynthia is now fighting for her life. At the moment, she cannot speak, and is paralyzed from the hips down. She was rushed to Uhai Neema hospital by well wishers who found her growling in pain after the fall.

In the video shared, neigbours could be heard ordering her to state the name of her boyfriend. She said his name while struggling to remember the house number since she was in intense pain.

Mr. Collins Kiptoo who an employee of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), and his cousin, Mr. Ian Kipkorir who is a student at the University of Nairobi were arrested after neighbours called police to the scene.
