This happened hours after she had publicly declared war against the Aluta movement in Nairobi. Many people were left wondering what went wrong, as she seemed to be fighting against something she had been actively participating in.
However, Karen Nyamu wasted no time in addressing the situation. Taking to her official Instagram page, she responded to the allegations and defended her actions. She stated that she had been involved in the Aluta movement multiple times in the past and she can’t be talking about something she didn’t know.
In terms of the viral photo where she was seen consuming miraa with young men, she clarified that it was not related to Aluta contrary to what some people were assuming. Karen emphasized that she was simply enjoying miraa and that it had nothing to do with any day and night partying movement.
Despite her attempt to clear up the confusion, one of her followers commented on her post, asserting that Karen herself had taught many youths about the Aluta movement claiming they had evidence to support this statement.
