As we say, we live in a modern society meaning we are engaging in ‘modern’ relationships within ourselves.
On Wednesday morning, Kamene Goro narrated how her friend’s relationship took approximately one year to start, grow and end, meaning in a span of 12 months, the couple had dated, got engaged, had a child and finally broke up.
According to Kamene, soon after her friend bore a child with the husband, he started coming home later than 11PM to even arriving the following morning.
His behaviors started changing, from calling the wife ‘babe’ to Barbra, and eventually started acting rude which forced the wife to leave with her child in search for other favorable living conditions.
To drive the point home, Kamene urged her listeners, especially the ladies, to carefully take time before engaging in relationships without understanding the partner’s intentions. “Experience is the best teacher,” she said.
She added, urging people to tell their stories for the younger ones to learn from to avoid making similar mistakes in life.
