It is no secret that Kambua Manundu is one of the top Gospel musicians in Kenya, and even arguably in the whole of East Africa at large.
Having discovered her passion for music at a young age the media personality began her musical journey while still very young.
She also learned to develop her singing talent even more at the various top schools that she attended over the years.
Currently however Kambua has been in the music industry for over 10 years.
In the stint, she has been able to release some hit Gospel songs like ‘Nishikilie’, ‘Bado Nasimama’, ‘Usiku Na Mchana’, Ametenda Zaidi’ and even ‘Shukrani’ among others.
Kambua’s style of music has always wowed many, because it is mainly praise and worship that is heavily based on scriptures and personal life experiences.
Her style is infact different compared to the industry norm, of following online trends that sometimes even raise questions about whether they are Christian-themed or not.
However despite Kambua releasing all the beautiful songs, there are still some people out there who have vowed never to listen to them.
As it is always said, you can never please everyone no matter what you do in life.
Well the sassy singer who also happens to be a mother of two revealed this in a latest post on her Instagram account, where she even shared on her stories the main reason these people refuse to listen to her songs.
According to Kambua they do this because she has a tattoo on her body, something that they view possibly as inappropriate.

Aside from the tattoo, one other reason that they do not listen to her song is because she applies make up.
Responding to them however Kambua made it clear that even though she has a tattoo and wears make-up, she is still a staunch follower of Jesus Christ.
She also advised them to worship Him, instead of looking at what she does and responding negatively to it.
“Me Everytime someone says they can’t listen to me because I have a tattoo and I wear make up 🙄.
Follow Jesus boo-boo. I’m just a follower too 🤗” Kambua wrote.
