Earlier today, there were some allegations that the former vice president of this country Dr Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has announced that he has made a decision to pull out of Azimio’s monday demonstrations in Nairobi. Now, few hours after these allegations emerged, Kalonzo Musyoka has finally come out to break his silence concerning this matter.

As reported by the Star News, Kalonzo Musyoka through his communication team has denied these allegations saying that he has made a decision to pull out of demonstrations. According to the former vice president, the allegations concerning his announcment are fake. He urged the public to ignore these fake rumours.

“Our attention has been drawn to this image circulating in social media using Kenyans.co.ke frame. This is FAKE NEWS. KalonzoMusyoka’s stance is clear and unequivocal: Lower the cost of living and end electoral malpractice. No amount of intimidation will alter our stand.” Said part of the statement issued by Kalonzo Musyoka.
