Kokani was enjoying breakfast when Kaka woke up from state of unconciousness. Kaka is surprised to see Kokani alive and soon realizes that he did not die back those days. Kokani then speaks to kaka, welcomes him for tea but kaka is not interested. He actually turns down the offer. Kaka then goes ahead to narrate to Kokani the troubles he is going through due to love.
Kokani brushes those tales of Kaka aside and welcomes him to sit down. He then goes ahead to tell him that he is a changed man, not the Kokani whom people thought he was bad days ago. He then tells kaka how he operated Sultana to enable she could see. Something kaka laughed off as just a joke.
However, Kaka was shocked when Kokani showed him pictures while in the hospital, operating Sultana together with other doctors. And kaka is out of words. Kokani goes ahead to send kaka to Sultana to tell her that he has fulfilled the promise he made to her days ago. Then warns kaka not to tell anyone else.
