Kenyan rapper Juliani has admitted that he is broke but not languishing in poverty.
Controversial content creator Andrew Kibe had shared a photo of the musician pushing his baby on a baby stroller.
He went ahead to ‘demean’ him ny claiming that he was changing diapers while his wife, Lilian Nganga, was counting money.
Through a video response to Kibe and online claims, the father of two has confirmed that the current situation he is undergoing is because of a different reason.
He has argued that he invested the little money he had in some projects, but unfortunately they did not bring in much returns.
The lack of investors and sponsors in his projects is the sole reason he uses all he has.
“Yes, I am broke, but I am far from poor. Right now the reason why I am putting that pay bill is because you are calling me broke, but I am not your kind of broke,” explained Juliani.
Spending time with son:
Juliani has clarified that he is not babysitting and changing diapers as claimed by Kibe.
Instead, he is busy chasing some errands so that he can pay debts and fulfil the dreams he has for his community.
He also revealed that he had promised his wife Lilian to be the available father for his kid.
He has thanked her for understanding the situation and supporting him in taking care of the son.
In an earlier different response, Lilian Nganga had asked if those dragging her to these stories never get tired.
“Just seen some shallow story that yall trying to drag me into…kwani hamchoka ngiendeeleni tu..let me proceed with my day with my little boy. Having control over your time is the greatest currency” she said.
