Citizen TV Journalist Hassan Mugambi has expressed has eulogised former chief of defence forces Francis Ogolla who was buried on Sunday, April 21.
Taking to his social media handles, the journalist wrote a condolence message and shared a photo standing besides the late general’s grave in Siaya county.
In his condolence statement,Hassan Mugambi narrated about his experiences and interactions with the late general.
“The bond that started shaping up during my time in the newsroom when you were the VCDF was just starting to grow stronger when I joined MOD. From the Tuesday and Friday morning runs to the random inspirational talks whenever we bump into each other. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, General Ogolla,” Hassan Mugambi wrote.
CDF Francis Ogolla was laid to rest on Sunday, in a ceremony attended by various high ranking government officials who included president William Ruto and his cabinet secretaries.
