Before the general election in 2027, Jubilee Party secretary general Hon. Jeremiah Kioni has publicly predicted what the Mount Kenya region will do to President William Ruto.
In a recent speech, Kioni claimed that the people of Mount Kenya are tired of the current government and plan to vote for someone else instead of Ruto, leaving his UDA party.
Kioni asserts that the outcome of the general elections in 2027 will be greatly impacted by the residents of the mountains. Kioni continued by saying that he believes the region will cast its votes collectively and probably for the same party.
“The Mountain people will have a significant influence on the outcome of the next presidential election. According to Kioni, the region will likely vote for a single party collectively. Kioni was dismissed as the party’s secretary general last year after some of President William Ruto’s associates conspired to seize control of the organization.
He has remained vigilant in the hopes that the Jubilee party will turn against Ruto.
