Jeff Mwathi’s girlfriend, Faith Wairimu, on Saturday, March 11, detailed that she had a phone conversation with the deceased two hours before he fell off a building where Lawrence Njuguna alias DJ Fatxo lives.
In a media interview, Wairimu stated that her boyfriend was in a happy mood during the conversation on phone at 3:46 am and had promised her that he would return home afterwards.
The girlfriend added that Mwathi told her that the team had just arrived at the house belonging to the DJ and he was preparing to leave soon after.
The interior designer also shared videos of his whereabouts to assure the girlfriend that he was with the DJ and his entourage and was having a good time.
Additionally, she added that she advised the interior designer to get home in time adding that she urged him to take an online taxi back home.
