Jacque Maribe insists she only shares a platonic relationship with Dennis Itumbi after years of being linked together romantically.
The media personality addressed her relationship with Itumbi while celebrating his birthday.
In a post on her InstaStories on March 18, 2024, Maribe wished Itumbi a happy birthday and stated that they have been friends for 20 years.
“Happy birthday @dennisitumbi The 2 solid decades of friendship have been a testament of highs and lows, and love all the same,” Jacque Maribe wrote.
The journalist shared a photo she posed with Itumbi and other acquaintances and stated that the people in the picture would help him to find a wife.
“This new year around the sun, this group in this picture will help you find a wife, so everyone stop assuming it’s me. Happy birthday D.I,” Jacque Maribe added.
Jacque Maribe and Dennis Itumbi have been raising eyebrows over the past years because of the nature of their relationship.
The two have in the past been caught exchanging saliva like lovebirds even though Maribe insists they are only BFFs with zero romance at play.
Maribe and Itumbi set the internet on fire in February 2015 when they were caught kissing and cuddling amorously.
