The CS Labour Florence Bore has termed the alleged plot by CS Kuria to place civil servants under contract terms as completely misplaced and unnecessary threats on workers. The CS is clear that, the workers should continue with their jobs without fear and must never listen to unnecessary drama and sideshows.
Florence Bore has assured Kenyans that, the president is focused on supporting workers but the statement by CS Kuria remains just but a personal opinion. The CS has made it clear that, it’s not the plan of government to push the people into hardship of whatever nature.
CS Kuria has been on the media for all the wrong reasons as Government plots to reduce the public wage bill. It’s evidently clear that, the plot to reduce public wage bill has raised a lot of questions of whether such an idea is feasible or achievable. The CS has even proposed a plan to employ workers on contract terms.
