Muranga County Governor Hon Irungu Kangata (Pictured Above) stole the show during the burial of Kelvin Kiptum in Elgeyo Marakwet when St Luke Bishop openly praised him (Kangata) over his program to support expectant mothers by giving them Kshs 2000 per month and that one can take advanced payment.
In the Video Seen by this writer, the Presiding Bishop is seen attempting to clear the air that even if he loves Nandi Gov Stephen Sang, he still believes that Kangata is the real deal and that other leaders should emulate him. The Bishop at some point alleged that Ladies in Muranga don’t have to worry anymore.
All the Same, the burial was attended by President William Ruto, Deputy President Hon Riggy G, and other government officials alongside world leaders including a Belgian Manager who in his speech assured the family that the money would be paid to his wife in the coming days and there is no cause for alarm.
