TV personality Stephen Letoo has confirmed that he is a polygamous man and he is proud of it.
The media personality has been vocal about his support for polygamy, saying that it is natural for men to have multiple wives and that other women should accept it.
In an interview with Radio Maisha Letoo revealed that he is planning to hold a mass wedding with his wives at Ole Ntimama grounds on April 20.
The journalist further explained that he is not sure about the number of wives he’ll have at his wedding as they keep being added to the list and the dowry just keeps going up.
“Ni ukweli mimi I’m 100 percent polygamous kwa sasa sijajua nitastop wapi naendelea kuongeza. Mahari inazidi kuongezeka. La mno zaidi nina harusi kubwa sana ambayo nimeinada ya chairman wangu ule ole Ntimama. Itakuwa surprise kubwa sana. Ninachokijua siku hiyo is atakapokuwa anunganisha hatauliza ninani anapinga bali atauliza ni nani anaskia amewachwa.” Letoo disclosed.
Previously Letoo had encouraged women to embrace polygamy as it would help reduce jealousy issues that have seen many people kill their spouses and walk out on marriages.
Letoo also said that the bottom line of sustaining a polygamous marriage is ensuring each wife is as Independent as possible: in terms of investments and ownership.
