Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition leader Raila Odinga’s wife Ida Odinga has launched a scathing attacks to Inspector General of Police Japheth Koome for failing to take action against police officers who killed protesters through shooting them with live bullets.
Ida Odinga stated that; “If you don’t arrest them, if you don’t parade them, if you don’t take them to court, you are taking this country to the dogs.” Ida Odinga went ahead and said that Kenyans will now be forced to protect themselves from police officers who have allegedly resorted to using weapons against peaceful anti-govenment protesters.
Ida Odinga has thus issued out a tough warning to the government that if they don’t take appropriate actions against those police officers who brutally killed protesters, then things are going to be bad because kenyans are losing trust on the so called police officers.
