Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has refuted claims that a meeting held at DP Gachagua’s residence aimed at hurting Raila’s supporters.Raila made the allegations on Thursday claiming it was a ploy to have him charged at the international criminal court (ICC).Raila said DP Gachagua, Ndindi Nyoro and Kimani Ichung’wah aimed at “killing” 1000 and blame the opposition leader.

Ichung’wah while attending CS Machogu’s thanksgiving ceremony in Kisii county has confirmed the meeting took place.Ichung’wah said the agenda behind the meeting was to plot how to counter azimio protests.He however refuted claims that they planned to hurt azimio supporters.

“I heard allegations from the former prime minister against DP Gachagua and other leaders yesterday.It is true were planning how to counter the protests and we shall because after he was rejected in the election, former president Uhuru Kenyatta gave him political resuscitation.Despite all this we cannot plot any evil against him” Ichung’wah noted.
