Kenya National Assembly majority leader, Hounerable Kimani Ichung’wah has asked president William Ruto to take a bold step and arrest Uhuru Kenyatta.
The United Democratic Party leaders have condemned the destruction of property that occurred during Azimio la Umoja demonstrations as protestors took to the streets this week.
Account to him, former head of state is destabilizing United democratic party government. He has continued by alleging that through sponsored demonstrations by Azimio La Umoja leader, Ruto is unable to run the country efficiently.
In a media briefing held in Parliament on Saturday, National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wa said that the Azimio la Umoja party should be held accountable for the damage and theft of goods.
Well, on the raid that happened at Uhuru’s son home. Kimani has alleged that several firearms were confiscated from there which f were allegedly used to spark violence in the country. We are not yet sure to if all the firearms were from Uhuru’s son home or other places too.
He said that many UDA MPs were under pressure from their constituents to ensure the government addressed the disruption caused by the protests, even if it means arresting Azimio’s top echelons including Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta.
