Faith Makau, the Utalii College student who was stabbed four times by her church choir master has finally spoken of her ordeal. Faith while narrating to Kenyans. CO. Ke has said that she was requested by Baraza to help him carry some church instruments to the church. After reaching to Baraza’s house, she found some two kitchen knives on the table. She just assumed that nothing wrong was planned by Baraza.After a few minutes Baraza closed the door and told her to agree to his advances. In a brink of an eye Baraza stabbed her in the abdomen thrice and the fourth stab fell on her finger. Baraza added that she would know that if she refused his advances then she know that if he did not have her then no one would ever have her.
“He was devoted to killing me. Nontherless, I begged him to take me to hospital, or just carry me and abandon me on the road.That’s the last thing I remember. I must have collapsed thereafter”, said Faith.
Baraza was given a dog beating by theose who rescued Faith. He has been arrested and and is in custody awaiting to be charged with attempted murder. Faith is receiving treatment in Mwingi hospital and is said to be responding well to the treatment.
