Well, Mercy didn’t start singing yesterday; her journey in the music industry started from way back when she was young. Being brought up in a musical family has played a big role in her journey to being among the most celebrated and award winning artistes.
We all have those photos we took way back that we look at and just see how far we’ve come in life. Mercy took to social media to post a throwback photo of herself when she was 22 years. She also stated that her love for Jesus is even stronger than it was way back.

She wrote, “This is me 22yrs ago. I was in 6th grade. And I knew I wanted to sing. This was my cassette. I may not have been the cutest???but my heart loved Jesus.
I remember how I’d go with my mum to pray in the mountains(Katoloni) telling God, annoint me, use me. Its still my prayer. Use me Lord. I love Jesus now more than then.”
